Shared board content is visible to your paired partner. Anyone who obtains an unexpired invitation code can use it to join; share codes only with your intended partner. Private lists are stored only on this device.

OurBoard (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a shared to-do and list collaboration app for individuals and pairs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices users have.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you use OurBoard:

Account Information

• Sign in with Apple account information
• Email address provided by Apple, including private relay email addresses when applicable
• Display name you choose in the app

User Content

• Shared boards, lists, tasks, and subtasks are stored on our servers and synced with your paired partner. Private lists and their photos stay on this device and are not uploaded.
• Cover images and photos you upload for lists
• Pairing and invite information used to connect with another user

Device and Technical Information

• Device identifier
• Device name
• App version and build number
• iOS version
• Session and authentication information
• Security audit records include a hashed IP address, user agent, and authentication events. The app does not automatically upload diagnostic logs.
